Setup the system

Configure email alerts and route optimization. Add your companies’  teams  e.g Team JHB , Team  CPT, Team DBN .

Add your dispatchers and drivers

  • Allocate dispatchers to teams on the system .
  • Allocate drivers to dispatchers.
  • Install the app and start receiving jobs.

Allocate Jobs

Allocate jobs to the drivers.

Jobs can be imported from a file into the fleet x system or integrated.

 That’s it! You all set and ready to go.

 Fleet X will do the rest of the hard work, ETA calculations , Geocoding, Geofencing e.t.c

Integration

Sometimes automating things is just better so that people can put better focus on their functions and just let the machines do what they do best .   In a nut shell your system can talk to our systems or vice versa .

File Imports

You can export jobs from your system (in a csv format) and import the jobs into the Fleetx system.

Web Services

With our secure  API that can be accessed via web services we allow two way communication between your system and Fleet x. Let our technicians speak to your technicians and  we can get you up and running in no time .
